This unique coverage plan allows our patients to receive their necessary dental care without worrying about the cost of treatment. Low Payments & Family Savings

For one low annual payment, patients can receive better coverage than is possible when paying more than double for a traditional dental insurance plan. Our annual plan for an individual is only $351. Each additional family member is $320

Treatments Covered by the Dental Savings Plan

Patients who choose to receive coverage from our in-house Dental Savings Plan receive the following coverage:

1 comprehensive exam each year
1 traditional exam each year
1 emergency exam each year
2 professional teeth cleanings (traditional prophylaxis or periodontal maintenance cleanings)
2 oral cancer screenings
2 fluoride treatments (to strengthen teeth or reduce dental sensitivity)
4 bitewing x-rays
Any individual x-rays needed
Full mouth series of x-rays or Panorex as necessary for treatment planning or diagnostics
20% off of additional preventive services
20% off of restorative services like fillings, core buildups, and oral surgery
10% off most other treatments including dental implants and porcelain veneers

This coverage is only valid in our office. It does not include coverage for services performed in a hospital setting or visits to specialist practices. We do not utilize your in-house coverage in conjunction with other dental savings plans, insurance coverage, or special offers.
