I had a great experience the reception girl was very pleasant and my hygienist was the best. Her name is Ann . She took my first exrays that didn’t hurt.just a gental sweet lady.
First thing I noticed was the office decor, it was so relaxing and comfortable, The staff member (Amber) was so pleasant. Then I was greeted by Ann, and I felt like I had taken my teeth to a spa! Best cleaning ever! She was so informative, gentle and caring. Dr. Torgesen explained the condition of my teeth very well. I look forward to my next visit!

I am so happy I found Dr. Torgeson as my dentist and his staff. Ann was my dental hygienist and she was so good, so thorough and gave me lots of tips to take care of my teeth. This is one time that I am very thankful for my insurance change because it forced me to find a new dentist and I absolutely love Mountain Stream Dental and the staff there. They also are very caring about checking what your insurance covers.

I want to sing praises to Mountain Stream Dental, Dr. Gerald Torgeson. I just had a crown done and I can't tell you how surprised I was how easy it was. I'm 80 years old and I've had a lot of crowns over the years and have gone through a lot to get those crowns. Dr. Torgeson and his state of the art equipment made it easy and efficient. No longer do you have to have that goop in the tray taking an impression. It's done digitally with a wand in the mouth and the result was perfect even the color. Wow! I am so pleased. Thank you Dr. Torgeson and Suzie his assistant who took such good care of me.

The hygienist, Ann, was understanding and helpful in getting me comfortable with cleanings again. She was thorough in her care and explanations of what to consider and what she was doing. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. They listened to my concerns gave me options, and did what the 4 other offices I went to didn't do, and fixed it! The same day!!!! Amazingly friendly front desk, was greeted like I've been going there for years!. His assist was an total doll, made me feel comfortable, heard what I was saying and reassured me I was in good hands. The doctor did such a good job I wanted to cry when I saw my new smile, he nailed it 100%. I wish I would have found Mountain Stream Dental sooner best overall experience with astonishing results. I get a cleaning every three months, have tried a few offices in Eugene/Springfield and this is the best in all areas. It's very clean, very professional and very honest. From the friendly greeting at the front desk and throughout the entire office and staff, everyone is very personable and truly cares about their work environment and patients. The dental hygienists are excellent. I highly recommend Mountain Stream Dental.

Had a cracked tooth that needed extracted Asap. They got me in very promptly. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. This dentist cares about his patient's and does quality work. Highly recommend checking this office out for any dental emergancys or if you want a good reliable dentist in general. I will be returning for any future visits.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had at the dentist office. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very concerned about keeping things clean. We will be back again. Had one of my old crowns break a few weeks ago. Was able to get in quickly to evaluate the situation. Dr. Torgeson determined that I need a new crown and root canal prep. Left the decision up to me. He replaced the old crown and we scheduled an appointment for the procedure. Dr. Toregson and Suzie did a great job with the procedure. Everything they did was explained to me in a way I could fully understand. Looking forward to getting my permanent crown in a few weeks. Jen worked with me on getting all the billing completed. Will tell friends and family of our very positive experiences with this office.
I went in because my mom bought me a teeth cleaning and exam and the hygienist who took care of me and my teeth was easily the best and most thorough I’ve ever had the pleasure of having. I was impressed with her knowledge and how transparent she was with her work! The interior design was really luxurious and welcoming also. Overall I enjoyed my experience!! And if I could would go here again!
These people are fantastic! Broke my tooth on Christmas Eve and they were closed. I called the emergency line and the doctor and nurse met me there in 90 minutes to put on a crown. Highly recommended!!!
Best dental practice I've ever been to, and I hate going to the dentist. I had 2 extractions with ZERO pain ! I don't know how they did it. I'm 4 days out n healing great. Everyone was so kind, gentle n professional. I'm not going anywhere else...ever ! Simply an amazing experience.

This dental team is awesome, they are very compassionate and empathetic and definitely care about creating sincere connections with their patients. Benjamin is very skilled and highly professional, his pain free numbing techniques made the visit very low anxiety. I was presented a clear, precise, and affordable treatment plan and was able to complete my dental work comfortably and stress-free.
I'm a new patient but have had several procedures including a cleaning with an exam, a filling and a root canal. Everything was done professionally and with great results. All the staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The pricing of the procedures was fair with my limited knowledge of dental pricing. So overall I give Mountain Stream Dental my best rating which is , that's where I'm going for dental work from now on.

I have been going to Mountain Stream for about 2 years now and absolutely love the staff here. They work with my insurance, give honest treatment and treat you like family. If your looking for a new Dentist I would highly recommend stopping by Mountain Stream to see Dr. Naylor or any if their wonderful hygienists. They also ran a deal when I was just starting at a new job without insurance and did a cleaning and X-rays for 80$. Not sure if this deal is still out there but it goes to show how much they are willing to help people in the community. 10/10 recommend!

It's been a couple years since I was a client of Dr. Naylor's, but due to my current situation, I had to re-contact him for help. I have rather excessive gum recession ("4s" according to dental numbers) due to previously brushing my teeth too hard with a manual toothbrush. For the past 15 years, I've been using PreviDent Sensitive toothpaste to help ease the "zinging" sensation I'd get whenever I eat anything hot, cold or sweet. Dr. Naylor's office provided that for me any time I ran out. The reason why I have a new dentist is because I moved from Eugene. My new dentist has dodged my request for a PreviDent Sensitive refill for about a month. They told me to just use OTC Sensodyne instead, which I have tried in the past and it never worked. I still got "zing'd" and it was always literally a pain to eat. Anyway, despite it being about 2 years, I was desperate since I've been rationing the last bottle I bought from Dr. Naylor. I don't use a lot of it so that's why it's lasted me so long. I also try to interchangeably use an alkaline-based natural toothpaste every so often. Since my current dentist refuses to prescribe it to me for some unknown reason (they won't specifically tell me), out of desperation I called Dr. Naylor's office and he helped me out! I know this is very trivial as far as dentistry goes, but because it meant a lot to me and I never did leave a review yet, I thought I'd leave one now. Better late than never? I highly recommend Dr. Naylor's office! They've only been hospitable and kind to me & my husband for the time we were with his office. As you can see, he went out of his way to call up a long-distance prescription for me despite no longer being my dentist. He helped me when I needed dental help the most. I'm still using the mouth guard they made me due to my underbite as well. It has helped ease my migraines due to grinding my teeth at night. Thank you so much!

Having to change due to my dental insurance coverage. Everyone in the office I met from the receptionist to the dentist was extremely professional, accommodating and friendly, and the hygienist was sensitive to my somewhat complicated health history and did a good job cleaning my teeth. They are always friendly. I initially (2 years or so ago) had an appointment that left alot to be desired. Since then, they have addressed the issue and all is great. They are my dentist and I would recommend them.

Even though the dentist is not my most favorite place to go to, visiting Mountain Stream Dental office is always a pleasant experience. I have been going there regularly for cleanups since 2017. All staff is super friendly and Dr Naylor is taking his time for you. He explains everything that he is doing, or needs to be done, and gives you alternatives. He certainly is not pressuring you to do expensive procedures if they are not necessary. I am glad I found Mountain Stream Dental!

Totally awesome customer service, timely appointments, etc. I called with major and multiple toothache areas due to previous large fillings falling out from other dentists and was taken care of right away. I have always had issues with getting totally numb for procedures, but this was taken into consideration and my work was done in a pleasant and pain free way.
I had my first visit today and felt very welcomed I was instantly comfortable and they address my issues and explained treatment plans very comprehensively. I look forward to a long relationship with them. Thank you to the whole team.

Due to the snowfall there office was not open. I was referred to another dentist for an emergency. Before I even made an appointment with them they called asking me how I was doing. I was amazed at how caring they were. Everything was explained to me as things were being done. This really put my mind at ease. They are all very caring and understanding from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist.
I have gotten to know this team over the course of several months and numerous visits. Dr. Naylor is fantastic and skillful. His staff so kind, supportive and works in tandem with him perfectly. Now that I don't need to see them until my cleaning in a few months. I'll miss them all.

I would highly recommend this dentist to others. I haven't been in Eugene long, but have taken awhile to find a dentist. I've gone here now twice for a cleaning and a procedure and each experience has been great. They are prompt, efficient, and all of the staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Naylor is great too- friendly, personable, and really makes you feel comfortable no matter what you're having done. Glad I chose Mountain Stream Dental!
I chose Mountain Stream Dental based primarily on their reviews. My experience was right in line with those reviews: High 4's, perhaps a 5! My last experience with a dental office was poor, disheartening. I made that clear to the folks at Mountain Stream and asked many questions, wanting to KNOW what to expect as best as I could. The staff--and I dealt with many of them--were all very patient with my questions, helpful with their answers and had a very friendly, personable attitude and demeanor while I was "in the chair". I actually look forward to future visits to this Dentist and am eager for my family to experience Mountain Stream Dental as well.
Ben, Amber and Hillary got me in the door, in the chair and out the door - smooth as silk. Ben is a very competent dentist, Amber has all his gear and goo at the ready (they’re a seamless team) and Hillary keeps the ship on course. Dr. Naylor and his front desk staff really work with you to find financial solutions that work for you, whether you have insurance or not - and they offer in-office payment options as well. I am so happy I found Dr. Torgeson as my dentist and his staff. Ann was my dental hygienist and she was so good, so thorough and gave me lots of tips to take care of my teeth. This is one time that I am very thankful for my insurance change because it forced me to find a new dentist and I absolutely love Mountain Stream Dental and the staff there. I want to sing praises to Mountain Stream Dental, Dr. Gerald Torgeson. I just had a crown done and I can't tell you how surprised I was how easy it was. I'm 80 years old and I've had a lot of crowns over the years and have gone through a lot to get those crowns. Dr. Torgeson and his state of the art equipment made it easy and efficient. No longer do you have to have that goop in the tray taking an impression. It's done digitally with a wand in the mouth and the result was perfect even the color. Wow! I am so pleased. Thank you Dr. Torgeson and Suzie his assistant who took such good care of me.

The hygienist, Ann, was understanding and helpful in getting me comfortable with cleanings again. She was thorough in her care and explanations of what to consider and what she was doing. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. They listened to my concerns gave me options, and did what the 4 other offices I went to didn't do, and fixed it! The same day!!!! I get a cleaning every three months, have tried a few offices in Eugene/Springfield and this is the best in all areas. It's very clean, very professional and very honest. From the friendly greeting at the front desk and throughout the entire office and staff, everyone is very personable and truly cares about their work environment and patients. This dental office has been my place to go for years. I am diabetic and they really help me stay on top of my dental health. I always feel very informed before anything is done or suggested. Had a cracked tooth that needed extracted Asap. They got me in very promptly. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. This dentist cares about his patient's and does quality work. Highly recommend checking this office out for any dental emergancys or if you want a good reliable dentist in general. I will be returning for any future visits.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had at the dentist office. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very concerned about keeping things clean. We will be back again. Had one of my old crowns break a few weeks ago. Was able to get in quickly to evaluate the situation. Dr. Torgeson determined that I need a new crown and root canal prep. Left the decision up to me. He replaced the old crown and we scheduled an appointment for the procedure. Dr. Toregson and Suzie did a great job with the procedure. Everything they did was explained to me in a way I could fully understand. Looking forward to getting my permanent crown in a few weeks. Jen worked with me on getting all the billing completed. Will tell friends and family of our very positive experiences with this office.
I went in because my mom bought me a teeth cleaning and exam and the hygienist who took care of me and my teeth was easily the best and most thorough I’ve ever had the pleasure of having. I was impressed with her knowledge and how transparent she was with her work! The interior design was really luxurious and welcoming also. Overall I enjoyed my experience!! These people are fantastic! Broke my tooth on Christmas Eve and they were closed. I called the emergency line and the doctor and nurse met me there in 90 minutes to put on a crown. Highly recommended!!!

They also ran a deal when I was just starting at a new job without insurance and did a cleaning and X-rays for 80$. Not sure if this deal is still out there but it goes to show how much they are willing to help people in the community. 10/10 recommend!

It's been a couple years since I was a client of Dr. Naylor's, but due to my current situation, I had to re-contact him for help. I have rather excessive gum recession ("4s" according to dental numbers) due to previously brushing my teeth too hard with a manual toothbrush. For the past 15 years, I've been using PreviDent Sensitive toothpaste to help ease the "zinging" sensation I'd get whenever I eat anything hot, cold or sweet. Dr. Naylor's office provided that for me any time I ran out. The reason why I have a new dentist is because I moved from Eugene. My new dentist has dodged my request for a PreviDent Sensitive refill for about a month. They told me to just use OTC Sensodyne instead, which I have tried in the past and it never worked. I still got "zing'd" and it was always literally a pain to eat. Anyway, despite it being about 2 years, I was desperate since I've been rationing the last bottle I bought from Dr. Naylor. I don't use a lot of it so that's why it's lasted me so long. I also try to interchangeably use an alkaline-based natural toothpaste every so often. Since my current dentist refuses to prescribe it to me for some unknown reason (they won't specifically tell me), out of desperation I called Dr. Naylor's office and he helped me out! I know this is very trivial as far as dentistry goes, but because it meant a lot to me and I never did leave a review yet, I thought I'd leave one now. Better late than never? I highly recommend Dr. Naylor's office! They've only been hospitable and kind to me & my husband for the time we were with his office. As you can see, he went out of his way to call up a long-distance prescription for me despite no longer being my dentist. He helped me when I needed dental help the most. I'm still using the mouth guard they made me due to my underbite as well. It has helped ease my migraines due to grinding my teeth at night. Thank you so much!

Having to change due to my dental insurance coverage. Everyone in the office I met from the receptionist to the dentist was extremely professional, accommodating and friendly, and the hygienist was sensitive to my somewhat complicated health history and did a good job cleaning my teeth. They are always friendly. I initially (2 years or so ago) had an appointment that left alot to be desired. Since then, they have addressed the issue and all is great. They are my dentist and I would recommend them.

Even though the dentist is not my most favorite place to go to, visiting Mountain Stream Dental office is always a pleasant experience. I have been going there regularly for cleanups since 2017. All staff is super friendly and Dr Naylor is taking his time for you. He explains everything that he is doing, or needs to be done, and gives you alternatives. He certainly is not pressuring you to do expensive procedures if they are not necessary. I am glad I found Mountain Stream Dental!

Totally awesome customer service, timely appointments, etc. I called with major and multiple toothache areas due to previous large fillings falling out from other dentists and was taken care of right away. I have always had issues with getting totally numb for procedures, but this was taken into consideration and my work was done in a pleasant and pain free way.
I had my first visit today and felt very welcomed I was instantly comfortable and they address my issues and explained treatment plans very comprehensively. I look forward to a long relationship with them. Thank you to the whole team.

Due to the snowfall there office was not open. I was referred to another dentist for an emergency. Before I even made an appointment with them they called asking me how I was doing. I was amazed at how caring they were. Everything was explained to me as things were being done. This really put my mind at ease. They are all very caring and understanding from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist.
I have gotten to know this team over the course of several months and numerous visits. Dr. Naylor is fantastic and skillful. His staff so kind, supportive and works in tandem with him perfectly. Now that I don't need to see them until my cleaning in a few months. I'll miss them all.
Now im gonna admit ive never enjoyed going to the dentist, and actually avoided them. The sounds of the tooth grinder have scared me since i was young. Silly me coz tooth decay sinks in and i lost the great smile i had years ago. Then lucky me i found a dentist with knowledge and a care factor second to none! He gave me a dental plan to get my teeth back into a healthy state. Dr Naylor and all his staff are incredibly caring and thoughtful. Now i look forward to visiting the dentist!

Dr Naylor is awesome! We switched from a non-caring dentist to Mountain Stream and couldn't be happier. Since we had no insurance, we opted for the annual family plan. It is a terrific value. When Dr. Naylor evaluated each of us, he was extremely patient and wasn't in a rush. He explained everything so we could understand our treatment options. Give him a try!
Looking for a DDS to manage a complex case. Dr. Naylor knows his limits, and in the short period of time in Eugene, has established an experienced network of specialists to treat cases. The office ambience is tremendous and the staff truly do care about patients. Highly recommend them.

In July I had a dental emergency. I had called 5 dentists trying to get a tooth fixed. I am so glad Mountain Stream Dental was able to help that day. This dental office was awesome! I was really apprehensive since I've had bad experiences at other places but every one was so nice from receptionist to hygienist. I felt comfortable and had very little pain! Would recommend to anyone living in the Springfield/ eugene area.

I would highly recommend this dentist to others. I haven't been in Eugene long, but have taken awhile to find a dentist. I've gone here now twice for a cleaning and a procedure and each experience has been great. They are prompt, efficient, and all of the staff is friendly & knowledgeable. I chose Mountain Stream Dental based primarily on their reviews. My experience was right in line with those reviews: High 4's, perhaps a 5! My last experience with a dental office was poor, disheartening. I made that clear to the folks at Mountain Stream and asked many questions, wanting to KNOW what to expect as best as I could. The staff--and I dealt with many of them--were all very patient with my questions, helpful with their answers and had a very friendly, personable attitude and demeanor while I was "in the chair". I actually look forward to future visits to this Dentist and am eager for my family to experience Mountain Stream Dental as well.

Ben is a very competent dentist, Amber has all his gear and goo at the ready (they’re a seamless team) and Hillary keeps the ship on course. Dr. Naylor and his front desk staff really work with you to find financial solutions that work for you, whether you have insurance or not - and they offer in-office payment options as well.
